Christin Tellefsen is the Managing Director of the recruitment company Executive Search Research (ESR) in the USA and Europe and a senior partner of the firm. She has more than 10 years of experience conducting senior level, global headhunting assignments and works out of Oslo, Stockholm, London and Los Angeles.

Prior to ESR in 1997, she worked for the worlds largest retained executive search firm: Korn Ferry International where she worked on international middle and upper management recruitments. Christin conducted her undergraduate studies at California Lutheran University and is the co-authour of several books about recruitment.

Christin's extra-curricular activity is talent acquisition (casting) of actors to Hollywood movies, where she applies the same teqhniques as she uses in executive search.
