Rover films is a production company specializing in feature films with a social message. The company was founded in 2003, by Christian Schoyen. The mission for Rover Films is to shed light on important social issues and donate money to social causes. In order to facilitate this, the movies are made through a collaborative effort by the stars and crew, to ensure a low production cost.

The distribution rights for the first feature movie by Rover Films; Living the Dream (2006) was obtained by a branch office of Paramount in Europe for the following territories: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In addition the film is theatrically released in the US and UK.

The acting legend, Jeff Conaway, was a key person for making Living the Dream a reality. Together with the strong commitments of the Brazilian director Allan Fiterman and Sean Young, the business partners Christian Schoyen and Christin Tellefsen were able to realize their dream to shed light on bullying and the serious effects on its victims.
